Project Overview 
EC-Council is a cybersecurity training organization that provides hacking courses, master courses, and certification programs.
The entire sales process was managed in Salesforce, starting from lead generation through the website to course enrollment and revenue tracking.
I worked as both a Salesforce Admin and Business Analyst, handling technical configuration and business requirement analysis.
